Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Qwikure and the purchase of any service package on this site. Please read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them.

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Qwikure in respect of your use of this website and any service package you purchase through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with QWIKURE ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED, registered at Plot No. - 4/2, Sector 1, Huda Techno Enclave, Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Telangana - 500081., GSTIN 36AABCQ1781G1ZG.

We operate as a service provider, not as a marketplace or intermediary. Every package listed on this site is delivered by us or by specialists engaged directly by us.

Nature of our services

Qwikure sells professional digital marketing services as fixed-price packages. Each package page states its scope, deliverables and turnaround before you buy.

  • Nothing sold on this site is a physical product. There is no stock, no shipment and no courier.
  • Delivery is digital — files, configured accounts, written handovers and walkthroughs.
  • A package covers exactly the deliverables listed on its page. Anything not listed is outside scope.

Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.

Orders and acceptance

Adding a package to your cart is not an order. An order is placed when you complete checkout, and is accepted by us only when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order — refunding any amount paid in full — where:

  • the package is not suitable for your business and we would rather say so than take the money;
  • the details supplied are incomplete, false or appear to be test data;
  • the work would require us to breach a platform policy, applicable law or a third party's rights;
  • a pricing or listing error is discovered before delivery begins.

Pricing, GST and invoices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
  • The final payable amount, including all taxes and any discount, is displayed before you confirm payment. Nothing is added afterwards.
  • A GST invoice showing the tax breakdown is issued to the billing details you supply.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to that order.
  • Discounts shown are genuine reductions against our own listed price. We do not display inflated reference prices.

Payment

Payment is taken online by UPI through a licensed third-party payment gateway. We never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

An order remains unpaid — and no work begins — until the gateway confirms the payment. If an amount is debited but not confirmed within 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we will reconcile it with the gateway.

Delivery and timelines

Each package page states its turnaround in working days. That clock starts when we have both your payment and everything listed under "What we need from you" for that package.

  • Kickoff occurs within 2 working days of receiving your brief and access.
  • Delivery is made by email and, where you have an account, through your dashboard.
  • Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • If we are going to miss a stated timeline, we will tell you before the deadline, not after.

See the Service Delivery Policy for the full detail.

What we need from you

Some deliverables depend on your input. You agree to:

  • provide accurate business information and a working email address;
  • supply the access, assets and approvals listed on the package page, in reasonable time;
  • respond to review requests within 7 working days, after which we may treat a deliverable as accepted;
  • confirm that any content, logo, image or claim you supply is yours to use and is accurate.

Where a delay is caused by information we are waiting on, the stated timeline pauses for the duration of that delay.

Revisions and scope

Every package includes at least one revision round, applied to the deliverables as scoped. A revision means refining what was delivered — not changing the brief after the fact.

Requests that materially change the scope, add new deliverables, or arise from information not shared at briefing are new work. We will quote them separately and never proceed without your written agreement.

Intellectual property

  • Your material — logos, copy, images and data you supply remain yours.
  • Deliverables — on full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you.
  • Our material — our templates, frameworks, methods, checklists and internal tooling remain ours, including where they were used to produce your deliverable.
  • Third-party assets — fonts, stock images and software remain subject to their own licences, which we will identify where relevant.
  • Portfolio — we may reference that we worked with you and show non-confidential samples, unless you ask us in writing not to.

The content, design and code of this website are owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

No guarantee of results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on your market, competitors, pricing, offer, budget and factors controlled by third-party platforms. We commit to the deliverables and the standard of work stated on each package page. We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, conversion rates or revenue, and you should treat any such guarantee from any provider with suspicion.

Third-party platforms and ad spend

  • Advertising budgets are not included in any package price. You pay Google, Meta or any other platform directly, from accounts held in your own name.
  • Platform policies, algorithms, pricing and account decisions are outside our control. We are not liable for account suspensions, disapprovals or policy changes made by a third-party platform.
  • Third-party tool subscriptions, where a package needs one, are your responsibility unless the package page states otherwise.

Prohibited use

You may not use our services to promote or support anything unlawful, or anything that would breach advertising platform policies or Indian law — including but not limited to narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, lotteries or unlicensed gambling, adult content, tobacco or alcohol without the required licences, misleading health or financial claims, or content that infringes another party's rights.

We may refuse or stop work immediately, without refund for work already performed, where we find our services are being used this way.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

Suspension and termination

You may stop buying from us at any time — there is no minimum term and nothing renews automatically. We may suspend or terminate service where payment fails, where required information is not supplied within 30 days, or where these terms are breached. Amounts already earned for work performed remain payable; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are calculated.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We ask that you first raise any dispute with us directly through our grievance redressal process, which resolves the large majority of issues. Where a dispute cannot be resolved that way, the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms for future orders.
