Grievance Redressal

If something has gone wrong, this page tells you exactly who to write to, what to include and how quickly you will hear back. We publish this because the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT Rules, 2021 require it — and because it is how a complaint should work.

Three levels of escalation

Most issues are settled at level one. Escalate only if you need to — but do escalate, rather than giving up.

  1. Level 1 — Support. Reply to any order email or use the contact form. Most questions are resolved within one working day.
  2. Level 2 — Grievance Officer. If support has not resolved it within 3 working days, or the issue is serious, write to the Grievance Officer directly.
  3. Level 3 — External. If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate consumer forum.

What to include

Give us these four things and we can usually resolve it in the first reply:

  • Your order number (format QW260812XXXXX).
  • The email address used on the order.
  • A short factual description of the problem and when it happened.
  • Anything supporting — a screenshot, a deliverable, the email thread.

Our timelines

StageWe commit to
Acknowledgement of your complaintWithin 48 hours
Substantive response or resolutionWithin 15 days (IT Rules, 2021)
Refund decision, where applicableWithin 3 working days of acknowledgement
Refund credited after approval5–7 working days

You will get a ticket reference with the acknowledgement, and a named person handling it — not a queue.

If we cannot resolve it

You may approach:

  • National Consumer Helpline — 1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
  • The consumer commission with jurisdiction over your location, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • The Data Protection Board of India, for complaints specifically about personal data handling under the DPDP Act, 2023 — after first raising them with our Grievance Officer.

Records

We keep a record of every grievance, what was decided and when, for at least three years. You can request a copy of the record relating to your own complaint at any time.
